Visitor's Guide

Whether you are visiting for the first time, returning to church after awhile or perhaps you are new to our community and looking for a new church home, whatever your situation, we want to be as helpful as we can to make your experience a good one.

When are your services?
Our worship services are on Saturdays which we call “Sabbath,” here is our typical Sabbath schedule:

10:00 am - Bible Study and Children's Classes

We offer Bible study classes for collegiate aged adults and up. There are several classes to choose from and our greeters will be happy to recommend one to you. We also have special classes for children and youth of all ages, which is shown in the table below.

Cradle Roll Birth-3yrs old
Kindergarten 4-6 yrs old
Primary 7-9 yrs old (Grades 1-4)
Juniors 10-11 yrs old (Grades 5-6)
Youth Grades 9-12

11:00 am - Divine Worship
Our worship service includes  a time of singing, praise, and worship (led by our worship team) followed by a children’s story, garden of prayer, an offering appeal, Scripture reading, special music and an uplifting and life-applicable message from our speaker. We invite you to participate in our Christ centered worship and a study of God’s Word.

12:30 pm - Fellowship Lunch/Potluck (every week excluding holidays)
Following our worship service you are invited to join us for a vegetarian lunch. Our hope is that if you are visiting us on Sabbath, you will plan to stay and enjoy the food and fellowship.

Other Activities
Depending on the week, there are usually other activities scheduled in the afternoon. This could include a Bible study, prayer group, health presentation or an outreach event. You are welcome to attend any or all of these.

Where are you located?
Our church is located at 50 Godley Way, Pooler, GA 31322. Click here to get driving directions.

NOTE: When using GPS for directions, use the GPS coordinates (32.153087, -81.244031) due to map inaccuracies with GPS models.

What should I wear?
You are welcome whatever you choose to wear. The people who attend our service come from all walks of life; therefore it is hard to be specific. For men, the dress will range from jeans and a tee shirt to a suit. Most guys will wear a polo shirt and docker/khaki pants. For the ladies, the dress also ranges from jeans to a dress. Most of the ladies will either be wearing a dress or slacks.

What about my kids?
There are a large number of children and young people who attend our services on Saturday.  From our Bible study time through our worship service, we try to remember the needs of our young people.

We have a "Mother's Room" where parents can see to their young children's needs, while still hearing and seeing the service.

I have never attended a church that worships on Saturday. What is it like?
Much of what you might have experienced in a church that worships on Sunday, you will experience during your visit with us. Many things might be similar, but since the Bible says that the Sabbath is special, we believe you will notice the difference.
